Getting Started
Follow these 5 steps to get your digital signage up and running
Start by uploading the content you want to display on your screens.
- Click Upload Files and select images or videos from your computer
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, WebM
- You can also add web pages (URLs) directly inside a playlist
A playlist is an ordered sequence of content that plays in a loop on your screen.
- Click Create Playlist and give it a name
- Add content from your Media Library, enter a web page URL, or pick a built-in widget (clock, weather, news)
- Set how many seconds each item should display
- Optionally enable a time-based schedule so the playlist only plays during certain hours
Each physical display you want to control is registered as a Screen.
- Click Add Screen, enter a name, location, and device type
- A unique 6-character Pairing Code is generated automatically
- Note down the pairing code — you'll need it to connect your device

- For example: https://your-app.base44.app/player
- Enter the Pairing Code shown on the Screen card in your dashboard
- The player will connect and show 'Waiting for playlist assignment'
https://theltevents.com/player
Once your device is connected, assign a playlist to start playing content.
- On the Screens page, find your screen and click Assign Playlist
- Select the playlist you created and click Assign
- The player on your device will automatically load and start playing the content
